     REFURBISHMENTS TO SERVICEABILITY/THREE YEAR

T&R Roofing Specialist’s GOLD Maintenance Plan is a comprehensive warranted restoration program that brings the roof up to serviceable standards and maintains the roof for a three year projected period.  Initially, we perform a comprehensive inspection of the roof to identify all deficiencies that compromise the watertight longevity of the roofing system. A field drawing and dimensions are obtained to prepare a detailed CAD overview drawing. A comprehensive Roof Evaluation Report is prepared. The evaluation is a non-evasive report inclusive of digitally captioned photographs that depict all of the deficiencies observed. A Roof Summary outlines all information obtained from the field inspection. An estimate is prepared to consolidate a total cost for restoring all of the deficiencies necessary to maintain the roof system in a watertight roof condition for an extended three year period. A maintenance agreement is prepared to include the cost of the refurbishments and maintenance fee based on a one year renewable period. Upon acceptance of the maintenance agreement, the refurbishments are performed and semi-annual inspection scheduled to ensure that the roof condition maintains a watertight condition. During each inspection, remedial repairs are performed and all drainage points are cleaned free of all accumulations of debris. A formalized report is forwarded to your office for your review. This program eliminates the guesswork involved for roof maintenance budgets and minimizes the occurrences of roof leaks.
