MULTI-TASKED OPERATIONS DEMONSTRATED

FOR QUEENS CHILLUM FAÇADE RESTORATIONS

The façade of Queens Chillum Shopping Center in Hyattsville, Maryland underwent an extensive restoration to rejuvenate the 1950’s center up to current standards. The fronts of the stores featured new built up Drivit Finished peaks and new canopies were constructed. T&R Roofing installed new modified built-up roofs over the canopies, inclusive of new coping and exterior custom color specified fascia metal. The rear of the signage built out areas were insulated and sealed with new Firestone Building Products fully adhered roofing systems. The peaks were covered with a new Kynar 24 gauge Standing Seam Metal Roof. The difficult project was performed in phase operations as the construction was completed. The project endured a four month period to complete all of the operations contracted.
